A place where everything is predictable and secure
For several years, Samolet Group has been developing its service to make buying, moving into, and living in its apartments as comfortable as possible. The goal of the brand campaign was to present the company as a reliable developer and a caring service — one you can trust with your future.
Because reliability is best expressed through the absence of negative experiences, we focused on a simple, believable promise — a deal without ”adventures”.
In the film, we played with “urban myths”: endless construction, a park that never materializes, and a terrible renovation. These are exactly the problems that won’t be faced by those who choose to move into residential complexes by Samоlet.
Our goal was not to scare potential buyers. On the contrary, the video emphasize that all of this is a theatrical performance — a strange and surprising, but ultimately unreal story. This feeling was reinforced by the production approach: extensive use of practical effects, minimal CGI, and shooting on 35mm film, which added a touch of fairytale-like magic.
