TATE is more than a premium residence. It’s an art gallery where every element is a work of art — even the intercom chime.

 

We transformed an ordinary “buzz” into a musical greeting composed by Anton Belyaev. Now, every time residents open the door, they’re welcomed by a 25-second mini-concert.

Instead of yet another video about "apartments with park views", we created a meditative film about a composer searching for inspiration in retro tea sets and cuckoo clocks. 

 

The result was artistic, beautiful, and nothing like real estate advertising — which, for real estate advertising, is already a win.
